Terms of Service

Peepfakes provides AI image and video generation tools for lawful creative work. You are responsible for the prompts, uploads, reference media, and outputs you create with the service.

Paid plans include subscription credits that renew each billing cycle and purchased credits that expire 12 months after purchase. Failed generations are eligible for automatic credit refunds when the failure is recorded by the platform.

Subscriptions are managed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless Stripe indicates otherwise.

We may suspend accounts that violate the Acceptable Use Policy, abuse payment systems, initiate fraudulent chargebacks, or create content that exposes Peepfakes or others to legal risk.
